I like how he says the most important thing is a stable defence. It will be very interesting to see whether Lovren and Skrtel are just mismanaged

I doubt it, suppose Rodgers had managed to turn things around this season and we had another season like 2013-14, there would have been no way we could have sacked him then. IMO this has only been in the pipeline for a few weeks at most.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

He's lost a lot of weight. Looks so polished, slick and cool. You just have to look at the pictures of him when he left Dortmund, and he was chubby, red faced and looking a lot older.

I hope the stress of the job (footballing context) doesn't take its toll on him as we've seen with previous managers.

While I'm on the subject of looks, has Ayre had botox or something? His eyes looked suspiciously weird, like Gerrard's eyebrows during the 2013/14 season.

definitely can see a change in klopp's appearance, he looks like he's lost at least 10 kilos and he looks totally refreshed.

we're so lucky to have this guy.

Ayre didn't get botox. He's just a man in love.

Yeah, and imagine the pigs flying high above Anfield on match days

Who knows. He is here (I still can't quite believe it) and that is all that matters.

                    Modifying post.

If we get anywhere near that level by the end of the season I'll be well pleased.

Watched the pressed yesterday and I think he came across very well. His English isn't quite there yet, but he's coming in from a very good starting point so hopefully by the seasons out it'll have proved massively.

The best point made in here though was by Shaggy whilst he was drunk

The unity created by his appointment is fantastic to see. I just hope that unity can remain but that will only happen with success. In the presser I think he struck the right chord with his remarks, a title inside four years is neither too close for comfort or too far away to lose hope. Perfect balance for me.
                        Forwards.......

Well, LVG is a loon and (IMO) the Premiership is currently very poor (in terms of quality).
