Not really - you're arguing against clamour to use the transfer market to help us improve by suggesting it hasn't helped previously where we've "spent for the sake of it" when as pointed out that wasn't what we were doing then nor what anyone is suggesting we should do now.

It's because we are not buying players that the squad needs, not necessarily how much the total spend is. But as nearly all players cost money, 'spend some money' is appropriate.

anyone can seem our defence is shambolic and to put all our eggs into the virgil basket is mental... he might not be able to force the move so what are we going to do for the rest of the season.

klopp still playing lovren, moreno and mignolet is piss poor. maybe they are the best we have available, but why isnt he sorting this out.
does he believe they are improving because of the fantastic training and coaching? well check the result of todays game.

its going to be a long season. i reckon klopp will be gone in the summer.
