He's running out of time though - most of the problems we have could have been sorted with some decent recruitment in the summer. Like I said before, I have no idea who to be angry with - Klopp or FSG...
Today Klopp ****ed up massively. I'm hoping this is a watershed for some of those he has stuck by, because he will end up sacked if he persists with players clearly not up to the job.Comment

I get what your saying and I think the same but for the past few years our net spend has been a joke for a club our size. This must be down to the owners restricting the managers spending power.See I don't buy this sell to buy talk at all. We are one of the richest clubs in the world as far as turnover goes, we generate a substantial amount of money - more than most other clubs. We are constantly in the top 10 richest list and have a massive international following. We play in the richest league in the world and have Champions League money this year. FSG don't need to dip into their pockets too deeply, if at all. The only hold they have is for the stand, and that didn't even cost as much as Neymar - it was only 30% more than Thomas Lemar.
They seem more interested in a healthy balance sheet and from a business perspective that is success but for a sporting business you live or die by what happens on the pitch.
I seriously think they still have not grasped this. They are lining their own pockets.Comment

Yeah he needs more time or we'd be as funny as Evertonians if he isn't given it.
He will sort it out and I also don't think FSG should take the blame for 'failing' to buy what we need. I think the money was there but we made the wrong decisions and cocked up on the Van Djyk transfer.
I think he might have realised that a few of these players he has put his faith in has let him down a bit too many times. Are we winning?Comment

Either way we got hammered and again too many deficiencies in the team.Comment

Don't disagree.

This is worrying. It's not Klopp that is the issue. It's the bigger problem of the people running the club. We can change managers all we want but the structure in place is what is wrong at the club.
Like I said previously Ancelotti told them money needed to be spent and when Klopp said the current squad was good enough they went with the manager who didn't ask for money to be spent.
Klopp is no fool and will know our defence is ****e but I really think he has been told money is not there and he needs to sell to buy. I now beleive FSG think all purchases need to come from sales.
