To put that in perspective, Firmino, who is playing well and is used in a more advanced and free ranging role, is averaging a goal or assist in the league every 113 mins and a goal/assist every 55 mins in the CL.
So Mane is still managing to clock up some very good figures for a wide man, whilst still managing to look like, to the ye test anyway, he is playing poorly.
And as an aside as I looked whilst getting the figures for Firmino and Mane....Salah is averaging a goal or assist every 71 minutes in the league
Edit: Just decided to compare Mane's return to a few other players who play in comparable positions for top six teams in the EPL.
Sanchez is a goal or assist every 150.7 mins
Hazard gets a goal or assist every 134.7 mins
Son is 122 mins
Willian is 108.6 mins
Lingard is 98.45
Sane gets a goal/assist every 91.17 mins
Martial is 83.6 mins

He was excellent at the start of the year, looked like he was going to surpass last year's achievements.
3 goals in 3 (PL) matches before the City red card, then just 1 goal over the next 19 gameweeks, although obviously he missed quite a few games.
Even though he's scored 2 in his last 3, we're mising the Mane of last year badly.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?Comment
