Tsimikas seems like a great lad who has integrated himself into the squad nicely despite his relative lack of game time.

Him spitting over the balcony is it? If it is that, when you see a wider shot of the picture he spat onto an empty area with no people there.

Been a few cropped pics of that floating about claiming he was spitting on people.

Ahhh hadn’t even thought of that- I remember seeing a Henderson interview a few months back where he’s talking about the team spirit etc in the squad, and he mentioned that in the PL celebration, they had non alcoholic champagne, as there’s Muslim players on the squad- not sure if this was the case yesterday too. Tbf I doubt the club brought their own champagne with them, were prob just handed bottles, so your point would make sense.

The thing is we have other Muslim players who are equally devout - Mo, Konate, Naby…… they were in the pic. I just thought of that so clearly he’s leaving

Ive never had issue with his effort. He's a beast in that regard. My issues over the last couple of seasons have been his lackadaisical finishing and passing.

Sorry for the late reply, I agree with you that his finishing and passing has definitely gone down from his standards before, but I think Klopp thinks that his overall impact on the game in terms of pressing and his goal return per match (if not per chance) makes him worthy of his place. You would probably get better finishers now (and dribblers) but maybe at the expense of the overall press.

I'd love him to get back to where he was before though.
