Coutinho was worth no more than £80m when we sold him for £140m despite his petulance. Mane is worth over £100m now already, his 'selling' value will be close to £200m or over.
    One tit for another.

We should bid 80 million for some of their players see how they like it.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Who would you want from them?

Don't know if they'd be a Klopp player, rather Ascencio though, Varane I'd take. But there are other players I'd rather have.

Everything you hear about Mane as a person would make me think a move to Madrid would not appeal to him. He seems like a player that would prefer the family type club to the ego player bosses at Madrid.

Coutinho's move will hopefully show that the grass isn't greener.

We are in a very good place where as Madrid need to rebuild but you can never rule out the lure of Barca/Madrid.

Although he's a nice lad and all, you can tell his nose is slightly out of joint with his standing in the squad at times. I imagine he's buzzing being the main man at the moment.

He signs and is player of the year on the right, Salah comes in and shoves him over to the over side and takes all the plaudits and fans praise.

Often when he scores and the crowd sings his name, he's waving his arms asking for more of it.

Zidane wants him to be the main man to replace Ronaldo and I think he fancies himself to do it.

If that sort of thing really bothers him, then a move somewhere like Madrid could turn sour very quickly for him. Their fans and media could find themselves a new darling within the same transfer window, let alone the next season.

Yep, he'd be ill advised to go but that was obvious with Coutinho as well

Where do you draw this from...in fact, any of your statement, if I'm honest?

He always looks like he's buzzing to be playing anywhere, just enjoys the game. I don't recall seeing a sad or unhappy Sadio on the pitch?

I think he just loves playing football, is happy at the club, has a brilliant relationship with Klopp and has not got the same sort of affiliation that South American players have for La Liga, so would be surprised if he pushed for a move?

Just small things from watching him in the flesh 60+ times plus snippets in interviews.

Last February he was stuck on a single digit number of goals whilst Mo was on 30+. He looked pretty frustrated with the situation.
