Nope. He has been putting in hard working performances in the four games he has played in the Bundesliga.
And his stats back up his level of performance.
This season in the bundesliga he is averaging to date:
3.8 tackles per game
2.8 interceptions per game
2.3 shots per game
5.3 dribbles per game
2 key passes per game
3.3 fouls per game (as in free kicks won by him pg)
55.8 passes per game
And his average player rating from the four bundesliga games he played in is 7.94 out of 10.
Granted that is a lot of numbers on a screen, but they show a player who is getting a lot done on the pitch and who is working hard in defence and attack.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Can’t blame them but we’d be mad not to ask.Originally posted by Bender View PostMe, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

So the Bundesliga have played a game less but Keita's attacking stats dwarf our midfield already. Will be interesting to see how Coutinho and Keita compare later in the season as he'll be his replacement in all likelihood.Originally posted by Charly View PostIs there a source for lfc stats for comparison?
The station of concern is how many tackles Keita concedes and in the EPL expect him to bounce off some more physical midfielders likewise. Also, he had a stinker in his last CL game (plenty RB players also had) so another season of experience under his belt may benefit him.

We haven't signed him and he's a winger who is surely far too lightweight to play in the center. With Keita and Lemar in the same midfield we'll never win a single aerial midfield battle.
I'd be astounded if Klopp who likes height in his teams plays one of the smallest midfields in the history of the game.

That is their positions though - so if we got Lemar as a Phil replacement I suspect it would be to play with Naby in midfieldOriginally posted by labourRed View Post

But it's not. Lemar plays LM, so similar to Mane.Originally posted by Irishnev View PostThat is their positions though - so if we got Lemar as a Phil replacement I suspect it would be to play with Naby in midfield
I'm not against signing him, he's quality but I'm not sure where he would play in the first team - I'm certain it wouldn't be for the midfield three though.
