Was happy with the first half performance but disappeared in the second... well most did actually. Few very under hit and frustrating passes picking the wrong option.

We can all can see he's a lovely footballer and is a split second away from really pushing on. I feel maybe a good solid pre season in the summer will when we see the best of him... hopefully!

For now, there has been slight progression but he does need to do more for us and chip in with some goals and assists. The creativity in our midfield is so apparently lacking that teams just mark the front 3 so closely and nobody else in the side really scores goals. We need one of Fab/Hendo/Gini/Keita to burst forward and get into the opposition penalty area. The front lads some help & need someone driving up the pitch to us more of a threat for the midfield area.
Casual is a good way to put it

He's looked much better the last couple of games to me. A goal wouldn't go astray now as far as his confidence goes.

This reads like the Fabinho thread circa November time.

Still hasn’t been part of a losing Liverpool side. Hope he starts against the Mancs.
        Another MASSIVE game

So from the post match interview it appears Klopp didn't trust Naby for the Derby. That's a shame but he should get a fee games coming next week.

Other than Bayern hes struggled for me other than for small patches in games

I actually think his game is more suited to the European game as its not as physical or frenetic

He looks a proper pitbull type, mad to think it's the physicality of this league that could lead to him not being a success

nice footballer but seems timid as anything and ponderous which is polar opposite to what we thought. Don't really know what to say about him to be honest. I watch more in hope than in expectation now when he plays.

I honestly thought he was coming along in that short run of games he had.

Klopp must have some genuine concerns though if Henderson and even a hamstrung Milner are still preferred to him.

What a cameo that was by Milner. An absolute shocker.

He played so well against Watford as well.

Was in proper bull in china shop mode when he came on disrupted what little flow there was to our game.

Ha. Possibly. I'd just banked on us ending the drought this year and finally getting that monkey off our backs. Personally I was hoping it would be a welcome distraction from events in my personal life. I've invested a lot of emotion and energy willing us for nearly 30 years to get the elusive title. There is nothing i would want to cheer more. Forget the end of wars, peace, droughts, brexit and the likes. It's a Liverpool premier league title. Everything else is secondary. So forgive me if I'm gutted it's all falling apart as per usual.
