Naby Keita

He ran our midfield together with Fabinho tonight. He has the ability to slow down the play when needed and play the correct pass. He can do better as he has much more to his game. He needs regular game time now. It would be good to see a midfield of Naby, Fabinho and Gini against the better teams, as it has the balance to very well. All of them are very very good on the ball. Are we winning?Comment

Those are superb stats. In his early days here he was averaging about 50 passes a game so this is a massive upturn. Including his man u cameo.
Definitely in the reckoning to be a regular first teamer.Comment

Liked his cameo vs United. I must be one of few on here who thought he just ok. Those stats look good but I thought he dissapeared in parts of the game. Thought he was much better in the second half than first but I suppose everyone was. Nowhere near fit, hopefully at some stage we will see Naby fully fit and match sharp for a sustained period of time. Only then imo will we see the best of him.Comment

This breed of game highlights video is weird. Didn't they used to show everything someone did in a game? This one doesn't so it's a selected highlights of Keita against Genk.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 yearsComment

Some youtube channels do that. Usually only short, lower quality stuff on twitter.
It does show the back pass though.Comment
