He actually had a very good season for Bayern but Barca priced him out of a permanent move.
He was so expensive that nobody could afford him and then the injuries and pressure at Barca destroyed him.
He was world class for a time and could have been for a long time if he’d stayed at Liverpool. It’s a shame because he was a great player to watch in his prime

️️ Coutinho: "I regret leaving Liverpool despite Jurgen Klopp telling me to stay and become a legend. I let him down! The reason I left was because I wanted something big, thought Liverpool was no longer my level and I wanted to win trophies but after I left they won trophies and that was how my d€pr€ssion started. I was being loaned out like nobody. It was difficult period to be honest"
"All that glitter aren't gold"
I'm glad he acknowledged his mistake! This guy was on fire in Liverpool but his career went down after leaving. Barcelona loaned him to Bayern Munich. He really suffered the consequences of his impatience.

Hooked him from Fantasy football team yesterday. If he can't do it versus Everton what hope does he have

Philippe Coutinho Post-LFC

Still think it’ll be Pep Ljinders after Jurgen and then maybe SG, or SG might come in as Pep’s no2 with a view to succession. Both a long way off yet… hopefully!

I’m definitely finding myself rooting for Gerrard and Villa when they’re playing sides I’m not keen on.
