Annoying but we’ll be fine, Hendo was decent as a 6 despite the **** written about him and Gini covered there brilliantly a few times including City away once. Only play tiny little nothing clubs for the next month anyway.

I don't think switching to 4231 will be simple. Losing Fabinho and adding an attacking player in his place plus taking away the wide cover the two 8's provide for the full backs to bomb on will leave us vulnerable. Even just the shapes and movement we use to bring the ball out from the back relies on that 433 formation.

I'd expect a slow transition to it than straight away, maybe start games with the usual set up and move away from it in the last 30 mins with subs.

Gini played 6 when he came on vs Napoli before we moved to 4-2-3-1 with Hendo at RB

I suspect Hendo may play a game or 2 there but Gini will be the main one

Yeah, I don't think we'll handle him out that well - it's a big blow IMO. It could get complicated if Henderson or Wijnaldum pick up injuries. I hope he heals quicker than 8 weeks.

not sure what was shown on TV but when Fab came back on. The next corner was designed for him to be on the end of which is stupid in itself, he began to make the run and hurt himself more and limped on, he should have gone down but never the ball stayed in play and he was chasing players down.

Pride seemed to get in the way but easy to say with a clear head and no adrenaline
