I dont think 1 overhead kick means hes Messi. Crouch did a couple. And I wont be jumping on his back if he has a bad game.

Yeah but if he's playing regularly as the AM for example, then we don't have him as a fresh option to rotate with the front 3.

Same for Bobby if you're moving him from his regular No.9 to a wide position for a game or 2.

Playing Derek there is going back to round peg, square hole territory which I was hoping we wouldn't need to do again after this window.

Donnarumma is overrated. Sure he debuted at an extremely young age and he may well still go on to be a great but he's not actually anywhere near that level yet.

IF LFC sign a keeper, it needs to be for the present.

Xherdan Shaqiri is likely available for 13 mil and is still only 26. 8 goals and 7 assists last year for relegated Stoke. If his wages weren't relatively large (I assume they are otherwise he wouldn't have gone to Stoke?) I think he's worth a punt late on in the window as back-up on the wings. thoughts?

Pass on Shakira....Donarumma is a very bright prospect but I can’t see him developing here. Can see us either going for Butthead or sticking with Karius. My choice would still be Allison
