I'm sure he's helped the first team play better as part of the squad on training and giving competition.

If he goes I would hope we get a decent sum to reinvest otherwise I'd keep him in the squad unless he really wants to move and play more regularly.
Hasn't he said he wants to leave? That being the case I don't see him being here come the end of the window, it's now just about getting a decent fee.

It doesn't matter if he is nice or makes an impact when he comes on, like Lallana he is always ****ing injured and I want more for 80k a week.

surprised there's not more teams in for him tbh. He'd be very handy for a lot of Prem sides

That's what £5m or £6.5m? Which is peanuts I would have hoped we would have been able to get at least £10m

Big wages for the clubs that want him so we need to take a hit - I think our willingness to let him go cheaply means we are very keen to free up a spot to bring in someone else

Same for Divock apparently, he got a big pay rise when he signed after the CL final, so not easy to move them on.

He's a bargain at that price.

Even if he's sold at a loss, he's done the job he was bought for. Could have been more effective if he'd had better luck with injuries.

Confidence is an even bigger part of his game though as he plays in a creative and riskier way and he seemed devoid of this, the last few times he appeared off the bench. He'll do well in France.

I wish it had worked out better for him, still he won two bigguns with us and was certainly a part of them.

Thank you Xherdan for your goals against Everton and Barcelona, and your hilarious hair. No matter how badly Mrs Venton cuts mine I know I am never above you, never below you, always with you. God speed my friend.
