I think as long as Fab is in behind, and Hendo along side, it allows him to play his game. Those 3 are almost unstoppable when on form.

I think his off the ball work has massively improved over the last couple of weeks, I think it was lack of rhythm and understanding of the role rather than him possibly being finished like I thought

He doesn't have quick initial pace to smother counter attacks like Gini, but having him on the ball is looking like an upgrade assuming he can stay fit.

Thought he was brilliant today - his work doubling up on Traore was excellent as was his use of the ball. Keep him and Fab fit and we have a midfield to match anyone

McManaman used to be one of my favourite players as a kid/teenager, but his shooting was awful, he had fantastic skill and got into great positions but he only averaged a goal every 7 games, you listen to him talk and you'd think he had an amazing goal scoring record (which he really should have had), but as a commentator he is really frustrating

Unless they're genuinely great at it, and likeable... Commentators/pundits just have a shelve life but too often tv stations don't seem to understand that.
