      Yeah, totally agree, Crocop unless he gets decent fight, could possibly leave the UFC a rich man after 6 fights. Hope it doesn't come to that though.
      Not sure what up with the UFC. should they incorporate knockout style tournaments where the winer stays on like in Japan?.

          One positive that came from the night was Anderson silva, I love his attitude and look forward to his next fight. People talk about crocop about being one of th best fighters out there, this bloke is along side him IMO.

          Thats said the american fans who attend the shows live are a bunch of pissed up big time charlies who do not appreciate the art of Mixed Martial Arts, they just want two guys standing toe to toe slugging, that to them classifies as all time great fights. Sure we all like to see a barn fight but when you appreciate the level of complexity involved in MMA I react just as strongly to a good sprawl as to two guys sluggin it out.

            Ohhh I was getting so annoyed. A couple of the guys would throw some excellent combinations and go at each other. After they would tire and slow down for a few seconds and they'd boo. Shut up you morons, they have no understanding of the effort and energy put in.

            The Japanese fans are far more educated in that respect.

              Yeah I agree they really dont appreciate whats going on sometimes.
              They want to see action for the hard earned cash. Booing Jackson was a bit of a joke.

                      Two fighters almost fell over the ropes, the ref breaks it up, asks one fighter to wipe his face (pic wasnt great) then the ref tries to put them back into the same position, but is not happy with the way one fighter is locking into position, this continues for a while with the ref braking it up. One fighter looses patience and decks the ref and starts kicking him on the ground, while the other ighter flee's the ring, despite bieng about a foot taller.

                        Ohhh and it's official apparantly. Cro Cop vs Gabriel Gonzaga at UFC 70.

                          Has an alright record 7 & 1, but then again, so did Crocop's last opponent who was 8 & 0.
                          Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighter, will naturally want to take it to the ground, maybe we will get to see what Mirko's ground game is like. Bit of a dissapointment though in fairness. Would expect crocop to make short work of him.

                              What is the fascination with CRO-COP? Good fighter'n'all but Fedor stands head and shoulders above him in MMA.

                              Fedor is simply a beast. Not the most charasmatic of fighters but he gets the job done each and every bout.

                              Until Cro-Cop and Fedor have a rematch there is no way that Cro-Cop can be regarded as the No. 1 MMA fighter in the world.

                                Cro Cop is the most exciting fighter on the planet bar none, is he the best to be fair that is open to debate because Fedor holds that title right now. But he is is most certainly the most exciting of that there is no debate. There is were the fascination comes from. A Croatian anti terrorist special forces commander who has the most lethal stand up on the planet bar none, knocks all his opponents out and you want to know whats the fascination ?
