No announcement yet.
David Haye' venture into the Heavyweight division.
To think, that guy lasted 26 minutes against Ordinary Harrison. Really does show up how much of a fruad he was as a "boxer"
Haye did what he came to do, and kept himself on course for a clash with O' Neil Bell, which would be a cracking fight methinks, if it comes about.
Jean Marc Mormeck beat Bell last month so it's Mormeck next for Haye. I wonder where the fight will be? It would be a huge success if Frank Maloney could stage the fight in this country but I've got a feeling that Don King will ensure that the fight takes place in France, probably Paris.

Nope, O'Neil Bell and Haye have already expressed a strong interest in meeting, and a lot hinged on Haye winning tonight. There has been a lot of talk between both camps and after tonight, pens should be put to paper fast. The winner of Haye/O' Neil Bell looks like getting a shot at Mormeck.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Haye will fight Mormeck next. The winner has been told that they must fight Bell as Bell had a rematch clause in his contract when he fought Mormeck last month.
There is absoloutely no reason for David Haye to fight O'Neil Bell at the moment when he's already the mandatory for Mormeck.
Frank Maloney said himself tonight that negotiations were already under way for a fight with Mormeck and they had 30 days to conclude private negotiations. If they can't complete the negotiation process in that time the fight will go to purse bids.

I have a very stong feeling that it will be announced in the boxing press that there will have to be an elimination fight to get to fight Mormeck. Mormeck does not want to give up one of his belts, something he will have to do if he fights Haye before O'Neil Bell. Don't be surprised if Mormeck reports having an injury soon, and Haye ends up against O'Neil Bell, with the winner of that contesting three belts, IBF, WBA, and WBC. I have long ignored the post fight talk of managers saying who they will be fighting next. How often have we heard Warren promise that his fighters will be meeting top notch fighters? Are Calzaghe beat Manfredo, there was talk of him meeting Hopkins or Taylor. Both of whom have upcoming fights that were going ahead when Warren was touting them as upcoming opponents, and still have their fights now. Taylor was dismissive straight away of Warren's claim, and stated on live TV that if Warren puts up $10 million that he will come and fight Calzaghe in Wales. Warren has not replied at all to this. Maloney is not as bad as Warren, but he has talked plenty of ****e after a fight too.

There will be no need for Mormeck to give up his belts if he fights David Haye because Haye is the mandatory challenger. He's rated #1 challenger by the WBC. They're already saying that if both promoters can't agree terms the fight will go to purse bids. The fight between Mormeck and bell was only sanctioned because the winner was told that he would have to defend his belts against Haye in their very next fight. O'Neil bell is out of the picture at this time and will remain so until Haye gets his shot at Mormeck.
