I wonder if they were all killed? Some sort of stalker/blackmailer did it. Might explain him dashing off to a family emergency.
Reading the stuff coming out it sounds like it was Benoit who killed his wife and son and then killed himself, they are not looking for any other suspects.

Benoit may have been in the Wrestling Circus but unlike many of the other clowns that perform he truly was an awesome wrestler, very technical, his matches a lot of the time told a story. Yes he wasn't a Cena on the microphone but his in ring skills meant he will go down as one of the best.

No more Eddie Guerrero or Chris Benoit

I don't know what Vince could have done with this one, with the drug related deaths, yes, but with this Vince can not take the blame.

good riddance. lets hope someone knocks off the rest of them. why don't those college boys in trench coats and Rambo's armoury take out their frustrations on the 'wrestlers' instead of students?

Being on the road away from family is bound to affect these guys mentally.

It was a well known fact Kurt Angle was on sucide watch towards the end of his career in WWE.

back in the day I'd like nothing better than waiting for the wrestling to start on a saturday afternoon on ITV. Mum would make a mean bacon buttie and I'd prepare myself mentally for the excitement that was about to ensue. Normally it would involve a fat man bear hugging an even fatter man usually with a beard. sometimes a guy dressed like a japenese martial arts expert would make an appearance. thrilling stuff.

Agree, but it's part of the job, the travel and the being away from the family, on the flip side for the young bucks like Orton they get the girls etc.

Its all part of being a WWE 'superstar' and lets not forget they get paid a handsome fee also. But i take your point a psychologist or someone of that ilk should also be at the wrestlers beck and call.

                              I remember them days!

Big Daddy and some small skinny wrestler vs Nagasaki and Haystacks. The small guy getting his arse kicked for 99% of the match till he got the hot tag toward the end of the match and finally Daddy clearing house and winning the match. hhhmmm those were the days.

I don't think 'entertainment' has ever been topped. Dickie 'Badger' Davies. you'd usually follow the wrestling with an episode of the fall guy, incredible hulk. chips or better still the dukes of hazard.

I feel sorry for todays youth.
