I like Hamilton,

think its the british mentality is to instantly hate anyone succesfull.

F1 has been crap for along while and he turns up like a breath off fresh air.

Seems very level headed and got that hunger to win at all costs.

As for bottling it, maybe trying to hard but don't see a bottler out there. Schumacher and the likes all made similar mistakes.

So what it he wants to go to Switzerland - i would if i had the money.
His pr people are hardly likley to say he's going for the money - not sure if Switzerland is a tax haven as i would choose it over mote carlo any day. and there will be an element of truth re the media and public. Stevie G has filmed his life for a year - we'd understand if he wanted to move to avoid the press etc.

There's nothing wrong with going out and living your dream but my problem is that everything has been handed to Hamilton on a plate. He didn't go out and get a deal from McLaren. He was groomed from a very young age to assume this role.

He still had to put in a hell of a lot of hard work to improve as a driver etc.

He's talented...one overtaking manoeuvre at the lat gp convinced me of that. I used to watch f1 as a kid - just to see the crashes, where, inevitably, someone would die or be maimed.

Mansell 'El Lione' (forgive my incorrect eytye) turned me on to it again as a competitive sport - in a big way. This tax dodge is understandable, yet unforgivable - because he's lied. f1 is sooooo boring these days
