A great innings by Tendulkar, and I am pleased that the Indians won.
I am just gutted that I was unable to get to the SCG for the game - I only live 3 or 4 miles away!

Dhoni is also proving to be a brilliant captain and his insistance on bringing some of the younger players through looks like a masterstroke.

For me Ghambir has been sensational and I look forward to seeing much more of him, and some of the other Indian youngsters in the future.... I believe that they will take over Australia's cricketing doninance really soon!

Carried his bat for the whole innings and top scored with a ton (a first for an Indian batsman). Who says he cant do it in the 2nd innings. Sharma's straight driving was superb and Bhaji getting Dumb and Dumber out was perfection.

In other news, India U19's have SA U19's at 17/3 defending 159 (raining at present).

there is a whole stand at the SCG that saw him mate. Its all over the press here. One of our main sports reporters was in the said stand, and said he was definitely making monkey gestures and saw him spit in the crowds direction several times.

The sooner this tour is over the better. I cant remember a tour in recent times that has had so much tasteless controversy and drama. It appears the majority of players dont get on or like each other. brett lee says they all get on well and the next day haydos calls harbajhan an obnoxious little weed! well this reporters take of the whole scenario was that he was fielding in close, the crowd started to give him stick, and he went up to Dhoni and had a word....then moved into the outfield.

There wouldn't be many black people in the Sydney crowd at all....so i'd disregard the "racist" connotions. Ive got no idea what he was trying to do TBH...maybe he was just having a laugh.....but FFS, he could of chosen a better way to do it.
