Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Not overly impressed with the cards that the UFC put on when the come to the UK.
Read on the Setanta website today that they will be showing on average 4 UK UFC events a year and as of July this year they will be showing all USA events live. It'll be on the Setanta 1 and will not be PPV.
Setanta have really impressed me with their boxing coverage and now with their acquisition of UFC.

Setanta are doing well alright, I love all this coverage.
This next Gonzaga fight should be interesting. Am looking forward to seeing which BJ Penn comes into the Octagon later on, really hope his cardio is top notch, he has improved lately cardio wise, but he will need it against Stevenson, who will bring alot of intensity with him, expect to see alot of this fight on the ground though.Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:

BJ is a legend, this has to be fight of the night easily. Well worth staying for Bob
BJ is one of the most gifted fighters in all of Mixed Martial Arts. Joe Stevenson is no slouch either.
3 years BJ was training in Brazilian Jijitsu and he was world champion. He has good standup and great flexability too.Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:

Good opening round by the pridigy, the cut on Stevenson
it may make the ground game more difficult, hard to get a submission or a good hold of a fighter when he is so slippy.Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:

Have seen it a couple of times in the UFC now, maybe not quite as bad, but it makes the ground game, forget I said that, chocked out Joe DaddyBill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:

Wow Penn looks tired, 2nd round and he is gassed.
If he goes into a fight with Sherk with Cardio like that he could be in trouble.Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
