Cotto v Mayweather could be one of the greatest fights ever. I hope that it can be agreed - what are the chances of that realistically??

I'm not sure it'll ever happen not while Cotto is with Bob Arum anyway. Floyd is currently suing Bob Arum so obviously this is going to make things slightly difficult at the negotiating table! Plus he knows he can beat Oscar then Hatton again for more money and an easier fight.

Maybe it'll happen if Cotto's reputation rises again as it will when he beats Margarito and whoever else is put infront of him but I wouldnt bet on him and Floyd happening unfortunately. And the older Floyd gets the more obsessive he'll get with his 0 and Cotto represents the biggest threat to that.

Watched the Margarito v Cintron fight last night (taped on Sky+) and I have to take my hat off to Margarito.

WTF is this guy on?? Cintron tried his best but was just never ever going to put him down, and Margarito was on the front foot for all 6 rounds. Relentless punher and showed good variation - I am now a fan!! Still hope to see Cintron come back though.

Imagine how Cintron must of felt in there, a known massive puncher, he's throwing bombs at this bloke and it doesnt even make him stumble let alone knock him down or out. It must be so demoralising and after that you kind of guessed his head would go and he'd get knocked out.

Thought Cintron started ok aswell picking his punches but it all went wrong.

Cheers Felly, top man, might have another watch of Margo - Cintron later and that Calzaghe thing.

Actually and Cotto. Gomez shouldnt of been in there, it was a bit of a sparring session but Cotto was still a joy to watch, im sure he gets quicker everytime he fights aswell.
