Thanjk you.

Real shame about Daniel Bryan. Rare that anyone has a proper and genuine connection to the fans. But retiring due to concussions is a good thing. Id love to see him training guys for WWE now. Because he was one of the best Ive ever watched I think.
I don't want to sound like an indy snob but his ROH (maybe his PWG) work was better. I missed his NJPW stuff but I'm thinking of subscribing to their World service to access their archives.
MrM do you have some links to his Nigel McGuinness, Morishima, KENTA matches?

I've seen Stuart on Soccer AM last year and he looked massive. If he was decent, he would have made the step up. Sadly he's still doing house shows in front of 80 people around Florida.
What about the fact that you know your comments (specifically in a thread where people enjoy WWE) annoy people make you think it is a good idea to keep posting them in here? Seriously the hockey/WWE fans are over sensitive arguments and flimsy straw men at best and wildly irrelevant at worse.
Why are fans of wrestling so touchy? You don't get fans of other things being so touchy about it. I played hockey for years. I didn't get offended or upset when people said its a girls game. I know people who go fishing and don't get upset when you say Christ that's dull. With wrestling fans they seem to want to prove how tough it is.
I've posted this before, but seriously, just watch the first and last 2 minutes if you haven't got the attention span for the whole thing.

But heh, don't get that then let's ask a "real" fighter about wrestling..

In all seriousness, if you don't get it fine, you don't get it, but anyone coming in this thread with a pseudo-superior attitude thinking they can take the piss out of those who do understand and enjoy the business can frankly **** right off. I mean honestly, putting aside how pathetic it is to criticise any entertainment form other people enjoy, what sort of psychopath would you have to be to actually want pro-wrestling not to be staged? You really want necks to be broken every time someone appears to be dropped on their head (not that plenty of wrestlers haven't broken their necks, or even been killed in the ring, but at least those have been accidents)?
I know a couple of people in the business and seriously trust me, the guys (and girls) who perform in that ring are some of the toughest and craziest mofo's out there, not to mention extremely dedicated and skilled. They put their bodies on the line every single time they step in between those ropes to entertain the fans who understand and appreciate what they do. If you don't, fine, great for you, but just leave the people who do alone.
You stick to the Teletubbies and let these guys stick to their wrestling...although from the pm's i've been sent there's a few who'd like to get you in the wrestling ring. [emoji14]op:
It doesn't surprise me. Of course they want me in tights grunting and pretending to fight.
Don't worry one day you will grow up and be able to watch real fighting.
