Ok, so here's what I've come up with so far; not too sure you can really have a TLC and MITB on the same card but **** it, I'd mark for it anyway. Would have liked to have had Shawn Michaels v Bret Hart w/ an amusing special ref but I think I'll have them in tag matches instead. Not the best spread of heels v faces either but whatever.
Commentary - Jim Ross & Bobby "The Brain" Heenan
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin v The Rock - World Heavyweight Title
Ric Flair v The Undertaker
Kurt Angle v Chris Benoit v Rob Van Dam v Eddie Guerrero v Terry Funk v Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka - MITB
Hulk Hogan v "Macho Man" Randy Savage
Mr Perfect v Chris Jericho
The Hardys v Edge & Christian v The Dudleys v The Rockers - TLC
Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat v "Ravishing" Rick Rude - Intercontinental Title
Legion of Doom v The Hart Foundation - Tag Titles
Goldberg v XPac - I Quit match
Cactus Jack v Vader - No DQLast edited by MrMichael; 28-08-09, 01:58 AM.I could not dig, I dared not rob:

Dear dear, silly Rey. Guess Ziggler'll go over him on SD tomorrow then.
Oh, Hamada debuts tonight in TNA, she's freaking awesome
Poor Daffney's going to be taking some more major bumps I imagineI could not dig, I dared not rob:

Nice card, and I can't believe I forgot Superfly and Steamboat but I have to askOriginally posted by MrMichael View PostOk, so here's what I've come up with so far; not too sure you can really have a TLC and MITB on the same card but **** it, I'd mark for it anyway. Goldberg v XPac - WHY? Unless you are hoping XPac is going to get injured during the match..........

lol.... ok, I'll get back to you on that one.Originally posted by Joe King View PostI'm waiting for your ideal ECW card still

XPac's heat is legendary, no-one has ever got as much heat as him. While Goldberg (during his wcw run anyway) was about as over as its possible for a wrestler to be. So putting them together = ratings. And a massive squash, I'd book XPac to take atleast 5 spear/jackhammer combos before he quits. Or is just declared dead by Earl Hebner. Crowd would love it.Originally posted by refugee View PostNice card, and I can't believe I forgot Superfly and Steamboat but I have to ask

Hamada is top. Rey's suspension kicks in next week, so he should dump the belt next week on SD. Apparently tonight's SD is well worth a watch. Headlined by Punk vs Hardy in a cageOriginally posted by MrMichael View PostDear dear, silly Rey. Guess Ziggler'll go over him on SD tomorrow then.

Most bizarre match added to breaking point... DX vs Legacy in a falls count anywhere, but you must win by submission!? Figure 4 on the concession stand?
Raw was kinda ****ty again apart from Jericho vs MVP which was great. The end with Orton nailing Dusty with an RKO after Dusty swerved on Cena. Crazy.
But the best bit was the DX pisstake of The Shockmaster!! If you haven't seen the original footage, you have to. Listen carefully for Sting and Bulldog pissing their sides. Santino played Shockmaster in the 09 version

Quick SD spoiler re: Rey and the IC belt in inviso text: He lost the belt to John Morrison, good match apparently. Although Dolph is meant to be number 1 contender
TNA is still just being TNA, knockouts tag tourney is trundling along. AJ didn't retire and Eric Young is f'n with LAX. Jeremy Borash has teased Mr Kennedy by posting a pic of the back of Kennedy's head at Impact, (you can see his tattoos sticking out on the pic, so its him)

The Shockmeister

Breaking Point is just a bizarre ppv all round, I can count on one hand the no. of current wwe wrestlers who regularly use a submission hold. Silly.
Kennedy'll be along in TNA before long, no doubt of that. There does seem to have been a change in emphasis on Impact the last couple of weeks, AJ, Morgan, Hernandez, Eric Young all getting pushed which is good. Burke's program with Kaz (Suicide) and Daniels v Joe might be seeing a vague return to some x-div wrestling that's not a total spotfest (I love those but still). If they'd just do more MCMG, less Deaner and Jesse Neill, and more anyone, less Nash then they'd really be getting somewhere.I could not dig, I dared not rob:

Breaking point is not going to be a great PPV is it? Although hoping they surprise me. Totally agree with your TNA points though
