I thought Hopkins won it in a close decision to be honest even though my original prediction was for a close decision for Joe.

Hopkins interview - giving it large about having given Joe a "boxing lesson". Strange that, I saw him give a masterclass on holding rather than boxing.

Thought joe deserved it, but was surprised the yank judges agreed. Hopkins terrible in defeat, even the yank interviewer looked embarrassed for him when he was saying the world would see that he won comfortably.

I dont watch alot of Boxing so im useless at scoring fights. I figured Calzaghe had it narrowly. I cant believe though the differences in the margins by the 3 judges

1 judge gave it to Hopkins by 1 round and another judge give it to Calzaghe by 5 rounds Doesnt add up does it??? Surely there are flaws in the way these fights are judged

I was watching stream and listening to Radio 5 and both of them seemed to show Hopkins was clear. I couldn't be happier Joe won, so, so happy in fact and obviously down to workrate and aggression but, wow, amazingly close. Who's have thought a tight fight and being knocked down, he'd get the decision in the US.
