Think Pakistan have got a tactic of going 30 overs without losing wickets and scoring slowly but then go for it in the last 20 overs. Wont always work, especially if a team goes crazy in the first 20 to 30 overs on a good batting track

I think that Pakistan are just not good enough right now. Far too inconsistent performers all round, however I agree that the opening 20-30 overs are too cautious - maybe that is down to low confidence though.
I think India on the other hand play with supreme self belief and it really shows - they are enjoying their cricket and that is what Pakistan need to do.

He played in the one-dayers against England in India a few years ago at about 5 or 6 and was awesome. Fell away a bit after that but seems to be coming back strong now. Without a doubt though, I think the best batter in the team at the moment is Gambhir. Awesome opener and has come on leaps and bounds now that he is being given a regular run

another huge knock for him today, though only against the Bangla attack.

Forget Sreesanth...the guy is useless. Too erratic to be in the one day team. Yuvraj is wasted at 5 also. Think it's time to go for the new generation. Although apparently Yuvraj is going to undergo knee surgery again

Yuvraj isnt that old (27?) and Sree is still young, will learn to control his talent.
But I do agree, we do need to fast track the kids through now
