I've never been greatly impressed with Kongo, seems to run out of idea's if his initial explosiveness proves fruitless. As far as being the most powerful fighter in the UFC right now...I'd have to go with Lesnar for that accolade.

If your mate is a good, well rounded fighter and he can take a few big hits and gets him to the ground, I think he may have a chance. He's quite a difficult fighter to keep on the ground though, so fair do's if he does.

Know what you mean Tony , but his kicks are vicious and for a Big Heavy weight he is right up there. Funnily enough for a guy his size I have not seen him spark to many fighters out and I get the impression he has been fed some cannon fodder for some time. Mus looks good, my only concern is can he handle the step up to the big show, because the difference in class is immense in my opinion .. Cage Rage reminds me of UFC 20 plus promotions ... like a Division 1 side against a Premiership club

If he's only fought Cage Rage before then I agree, this is a huge step up. He looks like a mean ******* tough!

Yep .. I have been following the sport both in the US and Asia since inception and this is the best card ever .. lets hope it lived up to its promise .. sometimes a lot of good fighters cancel each other out .. Whos you favourite fighter at the moment

Tell you what, I do a little bit of MMA training now and I have a new found respect for there stamina .. just punching the bags non stop for 2 minutes can kill you let alone some big ******* swinging a baseball bat at your shins every 2 seconds

Best fighter for me at the moment has to be Anderson Silva. The way he plays with his opponents to work them out is fascinating. His moves are so unpredictable and his speed is electric. GSP is another class act, but he's got a tough fight coming up against Penn (who is also one of my favourites).

I used to be a huge Mir fan before his accident. There are very few fighters out there with his jujitsu ability, you just can't risk not concentrating for a second with Mir because he will have you in a nasty lock before you can blink (Lesnar knows that now). I hope he gets back on top of his game, he certainly looks to have improved, but he's nowhere near where he once was.

Coleman is making a return in 93, with what can only be described as tan in a can!!!



Yes, the stamina of these guys is astounding. Not sure if you ever watch the fighter documentaries on TV "UFC All Access", they're on Setanta now and again on the UFC show and they follow the fighters for a while so you get to watch them training. Thats an eye opener.

Yeah, thanks Nicey. Kongo looks quite tough and he looks great against those pads that don't hit back, but I'm confident Mus will **** him up. He's a great mate, got the heart of a lion and has beaten a number of guys that were supposed to be awesome already. 3 minutes into the first round Mus to win by a ground and pound or submission hold.

He needs to train with an American camp or try and get on the next heavy weight Ultimate Fighter TV program ... He did not show much in that fight but I can see he has skills certainly has the size ..but like I said the step up to the UFC is huge ..like Division 3 and the Prem ..

Great card .. Been saying to anyone who will listen that Rasid Evans was a champion in waiting .. sublime footwork and stadning game ..

Surprise on the night .. Frank Mir .. Who Knew ! Sweet Jesus that was beautiful, totally took Minator apart .. possibly the best display of boxing I have seen in the UFC or any MMA event .. clinical and Nogara did not know what to do with that uppercut

And what a hook by Jackson ehh ... eat that ! .. really enjoyed that card ..Ufc
