    Thanks Nicey.

I've seen Mus fight loads and that was unquestionably his worst ever performance. Unfortunately it was against his toughest ever oponent and the only logical conclusion was he would lose. I think if he'd made it to the end of the round he would have felt like he was in the fight a bit more but it wasn't to be, and credit must go to Kongo as he's a great fighter as well. Mus never settled out in the states and had loads of difficulties adjusting his sleeping pattern while out there, which is a nightmare for any fighter. He was originally due to fly out on the 17th but this had to be put back to the 22nd. I think it made quite a difference in the end and I'm sure he's learnt from it. Still, it wasn't all bad. At least he was able to come with his family to my daughter's 4th birthday party! He wouldn't have been able to do that if he'd left on the 17th!

I agree with your comments on the quality of the card that night, but disagree with Mir winning as being a surprise. For me he is the most tallented fighter in that division, and if he keeps it together between his ears, he can sweep all before him.

Re switching gyms: I'm not so sure. Wolfslare had a great night (kongo and Rampage winning) and they are London based. Mus just needs to learn from this and bring his 'A' game to the next UFC (he has at least another 4 fights to prove himself).

Also noticed they spelt his name wrong and put him down as being Lebanese (just because he was born there) when he lives and fights out of London! How bizzare was that?

It's easy to distract fat people. It's a piece of cake.

Mir was impressive, especially his stand up considering he's primarily a ground fighter. I still can't get over the fact that Evans is champ. He always looked good even from his ultimate fighter days, but never really that good.

I'd never heard of Pat Barry before this fight, but his leg kicks were nasty. All he pretty much did was kick his opponent's legs into submission.
