So I am doing a lot of cardio training these days and doing MMA training twice a week. Certain areas of my fitness and strength are pretty good, others just plain embarassing..
One such area is push ups, I am ****ing pittyfull .. I am benching 50 KG yet cant do 20 ****ing press ups anways I found this excellent site and I am going to take up the challenge starting tomorrow...

I was hesitant to post that I did 17 for the "initial test" earlier! Mind you, I'm a skinny ****er so hardly got anything to lift
