I did the initial challenge today and got 26 best effort. Start the test proper on Monday.
Be interesting to see who can keep it up and get to 100! I'm starting with best intentions, but never seem to keep going!



- my main concern tho is 'snacking' and NO ALCOHOL - with out trying to be a pain in the arse, could u give us a bit of run through on what u did, how u coped etc.
