    yeah i remember

i think for me it's the initial kick start as per norbs (i hope )

in general my diet and exercise isn't bad - it's not great/could be better but it's not bad, i like healthy food, i play football/golf/go for a run regularly.

It's the alcohol that is the big factor....

i'm hoping that a two blitz on this can shift the first bit and get me going in the right direction and then after that i just need to monitor it all a bit better

I did it last year for 9 weeks and lost 4.5 stone. I now live life with a "revised" diet, I never feel like I'm missing out and have the odd treat but generally my rules are:

      No Pasta
      No Potato
      No Bread
      No Beer
      Reduce processed foods

The only bread I eat is two slices of toast for breakfast, that way I've got the rest of the day to burn it off.

I'm 7 stone lighter than I was at my nadir and have maintained my current weight for over 8 months now.

i'm half tempted to go mad tonight

i ate healthy all last week and over the weekend which was a good change for me (previously weekends would be....full english for breakfast, sandwich/crisps/ and at least one sometimes two take aways )

        didn't do any of that....

and starting tomorrow it's going to be slim and save meals only for two weeks

So - **** it....might have a blow out tonight - Pizza or fish and chips....or chinese

          Don't do it!

Stir fry dinner for me. Broccoli, Pak Choi, Beansprouts and pork. Only dressing was soy sauce. 6 grams of carbs total

I wish I had someone to cook my meals for me when I’m dieting.

Eggs, grilled meat and veg gets pretty boring when you eat it every single day.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

It really is. The Missus is making her own meals at the moment so we're cooking for one. I don't mind the cooking, it's other people having nice things that's the difficult bit

Vistited a new artisan bakery in Hammersmith early this morning and he offered me some things to take away. I don't think he believed I was on a diet but gave me 3 macaroons all the same.

Anyone who lives in the area, visit St Anne Patisserie. It's a Japanese French fusion and they had a massively successful business in Paris which they've ported over here. I get the feeling they're going to find it tough over here if they don't market themselves better. Produce doesn't alway speak for itself like it may in the rest of Europe

                bit late but....i didn't

i was tempted. but i didn't go full dirt

in the end i got a sainburys taste the difference king prawn/noodle/spicy stir fry thing which was very nice and whilst not super healthy, at least it wasn't full on dirt!

I've just had my delivery of slim and save! so that's it now. It starts full today

7 stones is mighty, well done.

I've been doing something similar for the last few weeks, cutting out bread and pasta as much as possible - it does have an effect. I'm the same as you, 2 slices toast for breakfast and that's it. I was a really bad bread guzzler - that's been a habit to break!

yeah i love sandwiches like Joey from friends type of love for sandwiches

i've noticed though, that this time last week - i had my first subway salad bowl and whilst it was nice, i still felt hungry afterwards - however after yesterdays i felt pretty satisfied from it.

A big steak is one of the healthiest things one can eat. Grass fed, natch

                                Rump steak and veg
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet
