I'm struggling to get calories in to my diet, currently only eating about 1300 a day. I'm not that hungry but don't want to go in to starvation mode. The weight loss has stopped completely and I'm seriously pissed off !

Woohoo, finally broken the 13st barrier. Currently 12st 12lbs with another 5 days of diet to go. Don't think I'll get down to 12st 7lbs but that was a bit of an optimistic target.

Next stage is to start running again to see if I can get some ribs on show

But didn't you complain that you were starving? So how long are you going to starve yourself for and what happens when you decide that you've had enough of starvation?
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

Stop saying starving!, you're reminding me of food

Hitting it on the head the moment I get to Gatwick and get myself a pint of Stella. Galicia is full of seafood so I probably wont have a massively high carbs week. Then back on it for September before my next holiday which is likely to be carbs heaven

Been working away all week....first few days I did quite well, stuck to salads when eating out

But yesterday and today has been sent from hell and spent on the m25 and then the m6 which meant I've had breakfast/lunch and tea in services stations and feel like **** right now sat at home, bloated and can't move haha.....so back on the detox and be good over the weekend

I've been rowing for the last 8 weeks or so and changed my diet up until 3 weeks ago (since then I've been eating a bit of a mix) but the difference in my body is pretty good. For the first 6 weeks or so I was doing more of the paleo type thing, plenty of green veggies and lean meats, eggs, and plenty of water. I can honestly say I wasn't hungry.

This combined with the rowing for me has been a revelation. I haven't dropped a lot of weight, going from about 12st10 down to 12st5 but I've burnt a lot of fat off, can see my abs coming through and my waist has decreased from 33 down to a comfortable 31/32. I'm doing a few pushups as well.

I can highly recommend rowing as a form of exercise, I'm doing between 20 minutes and 50 minutes a day, (50 mins once a week), taking 2 days off a week.
