      I bet he would!

      I've got the water rower, looked at the concept 2 but was put off by the noise it generates and wanted something that would look nice in the lounge too. Fantastic bit of kit.

          Shamefully re-entering the thread. Managed to go from 13st 10lbs > 12st 11lbs < 13st 7lbs after my hols

          Going away again in 3 weeks and this'll be a serious pig out. If I top the scales under 14st when I get back I'll be amazed

            I stuck on a stone and a bit on my hols which I haven't shifted yet. Currently 13st 6 want to be back to around 12st 12 as I quite like myself at that weight.

            Im **** at dieting though, and i've just not got the willpower at the minute. hopefully get myself back into exercising before the end of the week.
            The times they are a changin'.

                In the same boat myself. Back to the gym tomorrow.
                If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

                  I've lost about 1/4 stone due to not being able to train shoulders or chest properly.
                  3rd place. Worst champions ever.

                        You've got me paranoid about my mine too. Give me a bit of grief on holiday, despite the fact I was resting. Doesn't annoy me as much at the gym, but just hope I don't do what you did and cause more damage by continuing to exercise.

                              Aye, plan to get it looked at privately in about 3 months.

                              Joined Benetton shortly after I injured it, but you need to be a member for 6 months before you can start getting treatment.

                                Right then, ive officially become a bit of a podger.

                                Ive been working a lot over the past couple of months and the holiday^ and also recently been with a female a fair bit, these two together mainly due to mcdonalds for my dinner at work and going out for dinner and drinking more, have seen me stick on a stone and a bit of so in that amount of time (on top of the holiday weight )

                                So basically im looking at trimming myself back down because some of me clothes are becoming a big tight, work trousers especially.

                                So ive read through some of the tips and stuff in this thread and im gonna try and keep it up to date, so you lot can ridicule me for not keeping up.

                                First step has been quitting drinking now im looking at trying to improve my diet, I usually just starve myself and cut myself down to one meal but ive been told this is a no-no, so here we go, healthy from now on.

                                Currently at 14 stone 3 as of 12.05 am!
