      What do you mean?

      You said fat weighs less than muscle, and I think Chazza was making a joke that they in fact weighed the same. Which they do. But if you said muscle is denser than fat it would have made more sense, and leave less of an open goal.

      I think its just a joke that's gotten out of hand in all honestly

                Since this is the diet thread, I need some advice.

                I drink about 3 cups of green tea a day. I drink plain water throughout the day too, but I always feels lethargic.

                I've been thinking about introducing black coffee maybe once or twice a day, but I cut that out initially because I thought green tea was the superior option.

                Any thoughts?

                  What's the rest of your nutrition like? When exactly do you feel lethargic? When/what kind of workouts are you doing? How much sleep do you get per night?
