100M final at 12:45. Bolt cruised into the final taking the piss.

I doubt he'll ever break his records in the 100m and 200m.

Michael Johnson was saying that he is technically better at the start of the race, he manages to get out of the blocks well now where as before he would be behind in the first 20 to 30m then blow everyone else away

He doesn't think he is in such good physical condition as in previous seasons though

The beauty of being allowed one false start was the pressure it put you under next time. It added to the spectacle and the drama. How on earth is one and out a good thing? Made a mockery of the whole thing. No wonder no-one watches athletics anymore.

Asafa Powell and Tyson Gay must be gutted. The one chance to win a gold medal and they aren't in the race.
