Things like McGregor climbing into a cage to confront a ref (at an event where McGregor was only a spectator) seem to be forgotten about by the media. Not to mention things like McGrergor climbing out of the octagon after a fight to get in Aldo's face.


Throw in the bus incident, and the amount of times McGregor tries little kicks at people at weigh ins/press conferences etc and it is amazing that he gets seen as some kind of stand up guy by a good number of people.

To the point that some of the talk today is about a McGregor headlined UFC show in Dublin, and how it would be a triumphant homecoming for a champion like him.


Seems this and what happened after the fight is all that is being focused on.


As for Khabib hopping out and throwing some punches after the fight, or his corner man throwing a few slaps at McGregor........well who hasn't wanted to slap a Dub or two?
