Would love to see a rematch of the Benson Henderson fight.

Anyway, is anyone gonna watch Jones v Sonnen. It's basically going to be an easy win for Bones, no?

I think we will. Benson apperently wants GSP but i can't see it myself.

I'll be watching aye, Bisping is on the card too. Think Sonnen knows he's a massove underdog, but he goes in with absolutely nothing to lose, if he doesn't try silly things like spinning elbows he could have a small chance.

Reason I dont give Sonnen a chance is because of things like him presenting the Pre Fight show on FX for the UFC on Fox at the weekend. Well he was co anchor or something.(He is actually pretty good at it) He just doesnt seem to take things seriously (I know he is a bit of a joker) and against Jones I really think he should be.

I will be watching for Bisping too, after a shaky start for me with him, I have grown to love him. Think he can still improve too.

Everyone wants GSP. Hendricks deserves a shot first, then Id love to see him fight Jones, Silva and Henderson in no particular order. The Silva fight could be a huge game changer for UFC. Itll be a properly global event.

How long did that take and do you know what he weighed before and after?

Took him 5 months, went from 261 pounds to 199.

Very decent going, must have been hard work.

Just over 4 stone in 5 months is some ****ing going.

You'd think he dropped more than that in fat. He looks like he's built of muscle now. That must weigh some.
