I love the nieghbour who can definitively rule out use of any kind of drugs using his sense of smell.

Also amazing that he wasn't tested for drink or drugs by the police... The Florida police must either be really nice or not as eager to nick a mega-rich black superstar as we're used to. Maybe it's the Obama effect.

The most likely explanation is that he drove away while under the influence of something and crashed. She had to smash a window to get him out of the car. The police seem unusually helpfull though...

Maybe she poisoned him?

Maybe she attacked him with a club and the accident was faked?

I doubt if we'll ever know and the police seem quite tight-lipped too.
