I see Webber has signed a one year extension to his Red Bull contract, a sweetner ?

    Probably went something like this...

Red Bull Team Boss:Here you go..Sorry Mark...just keep your gob shut and don't make waves over this crash....then this will all go away...think of the team Mark think of the team! Oh..and here's a nice fat new contract extension.

    Webber: Strewth! Ripper mate.

So was Senna, but no one thinks any less of him for it...the Schumacher thing is an anti-german stance.

I put Schumacher, Senna and Maradonna in the same boat possibly with Henry in there too, Fantasticly Talented in their field but they can in noway be considered a sportsman, they are blatant cheats who have even gone on to brag about it (except Henry).

Schumacher was a cheat but **** me he was and still is a fantastic racing driver and 7 world titles prove it.

Ferrari normally dominate there, but with the new track and Mclaren stronger in straights as well as Red Bull - will be interesting to watch.

Used to be until it went **** and processional... not real motor racing anymore... you should have been at Le Mans last weekend instead... now there was a race...

Just got back from Silverstone. My first British Grand Prix weekend and what an amazing day I had. Never realised how loud those cars are in real life, and watching them just made me appreciate the drivers even more. Awesome stuff, and that was just qualifying.

Unbelievable amount of fitness out there as well.... roll on the race tomorrow!!

Yes. Cannot wait. It should be a great day out again. Just so damn hot!!!

I fancied one of those helicopter tours for £40. Maybe tomorrow if they still do them on race day.

Actually, thinking about it, i missed the end of qualifying today, missed the top ten pole shoot out, just like Button really..

Don't even know who is where on the grid...off to have a look, although i thinks it's a cert it'll be RedBull shut out at the front, going on what i did see of qualifying.

edit: Bollocks, hate it when i'm right and don't want to be, atleast Hamilton is 4th, behind Alonso, so that should be fun.

Red Bull 1 and 2, Hamilton 4th IIRC and Button a very disappointing 14th.
