You'd know the answer to that if only you hadn't taken so much vitamin D.
      .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

What about spending hours in the sun. What is it in Vitamin D supps that cause retards?

Dunno. They did end the item on the radio by saying the solution was for children to go outside a lot. Daylight is good enough - it doesn't have to be sunny (fortunately for the UK obviously).

Yeah come on Shaggy, be a man! Us convicts have had a hard life, building railways and living in gaols while, and then staying up till 4 am watching football during the WC.

Seriously....FFS....I've got too much to do in real life to **** tomorrow off altogether.

Had a **** night's sleep last night too so I'm gonna be needing matchsticks.

Heard talk of rain in Brisbane? If the start's delayed I'll be so ****ed off.

i'm just not up for this at all....quite gutted really. It's to do with the times......I can't stay up late on during the week when i have work next day......midnight at best, 1am would be pushing it and i'd be ****ed the next day....and there is zero chance of me avoiding the scores during the day so i can try and watch it on sky plus when i get in. - So other than the odd highlights here and there when i already now scores so it's not the same - i jsut about meh!

It's **** huh. Last time down under I was in the same boat but stayed up til anywhere between 2 and 4am, and I was ****ed for work next day. I did book some time off, and Christmas is handy, but there were times at work when I couldn't keep my eyes open and then struggled to stay awake for the next night's play. At least this time round I'll be able to stay in bed for a bit longer the next day, or at least go back to bed after I've taken the lad to nursery.

Surely though tonight you'll push the boat out a bit. 90 minutes build up of Sky's brilliant cricket coverage starting at 10.30, maybe watch the first hour's play, then bed at 1am?

why don't you guys just sleep for a bit. A do it in situations like this.

8pm kip for 2hours. Then kip again at lunch interval and tea interval - power nap. and i mean switch it off completely. Set alarm. Get them new sleep blankets. Up for woke no problems. you just got to be strict about it, except for weekends.
