Just work at night whilst watching the cricket and sleep all day
*take vitamin D tablets, as i did this during the World Cup and was somewhat surprised when my doctor told me the reason im feeling like **** is i have the Vitamin D levels of a bed ridden nursing home patient

There was an item on Woman's Hour this morning about rickets, which is caused by vitamin D deficiency and seems to be making a comeback in this country (supposedly due to kids never going outside and always being completely covered in hoodies and long trousers). Apparently in the war they added vitamin D to various foods to address the consequences of rationing and this got rid of the problem which had been endemic to that point.
