Not really surprising. Wozniacki needs to take her game to the next level if she wants a chance at winning slams. Think it was too easy for her to get to No.1, she feels no need to change her game because of it.

Well it's wide open then this year. Venus Williams needs to hang up her tennis shoes as she's clearly not fussed any more. Some of her strokeplay today has been dreadful. I've seen at least 4 winning volleys hit long, way long, out of frustration.

Think Sharapova has a great chance of taking over the tour. Williams sisters on their last legs, Clijsters retiring soon, no one else is really stepping it up. There's some good young players developing, but they're not close to the level of a prime Sharapova, if she can still make an appearance.

She needs to develop speed. Big game but way too slow.

Nadal just got told off for taking too long by the umpire.

He didn't seem to like it.

He does take aaaaagggggggeeeeeeesssssss between points though.

It's amazing how the game has developed over the last 10 years. They were going on the other day about how much older the average age of the top 100 players is, with nobody under 20

                        Nadal's suffering, it's Andy's year

Federer's just dropped the first set too. It's wide open for Murray and Sharapova.

Del Potro double faults on Nadal's set point

                            Rafa takes the set

Hardly anyone says anything about it but it ****s me off. Been at it for years. Pretty sure it really gets under Federer's skin.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
