It kinda went in one ear and out the t'other, but something about other countries not interested in medals they just want to stop GB and France allowed somebody race, even though he hadn't raced all season (mebbe) and somebody couldn't because of the world cup? He lost me to be honest, I hope somebody can explain it better.
