Its still not great, Alonso is dragging them up there. You know when boring people who don't know the sport say "its all about the car"? Alonso is showing that it isn't. Brilliant driver.

Am not sure vettel or Hamilton who are both great drivers can drag a dog of a car to the front. That's why I think Alonso and the reverend are so great

Hamilton is yet to reach his peak, Alonso is there now. He's still learning, Hamilton - he's still prone to rashness and his race intelligence is nowhere near the standard of Alonso. BUT, he can drive around problems and is more likely to make a bad car look good than either Button or Vettel.

indeed, Alonsos race craft though is simply amazing. Always in and around the podium regardless of what he's driving

I am talking about now, no idea about the future.

In a perfect car button is really good. However its not often everything is going to be perfect for him.
