Witness the Garcia fight from last year. Khan boxed beautifully for two rounds. Then fell apart.
One of the things I liked about Floyd's display was the way he would fight Canelo in the pocket and at times walk him down. He didn't show too much respect to Canelo's power and showed how good he was at fighting on the inside and outside. I know Canelo said Mayweather's punches weren't powerful (to be fair he came in 15 pounds heavier than Floyd) but I question why he didn't take more risks during the fight and walk Floyd down, get his punches off even if it meant taking a few off Floyd. I'll tell you why and it's because Floyd's punches did bother him. He clearly isn't the hardest puncher in the game but he has underrated power and as they say it's the punches you don't see that flippin hurt.

Hes like Calzaghe in the power respect, neither man has awesome ko power but when they are so accurate & land so many the cumulative effect is devastating.

Id love to see Khan get a kicking from Mayweather.

I think a fight between Mayweather and Khan is invevitable and will happen on May 3rd 2014 if Khan can get past Alexander. Outside of Manny and Alvarez it's probably the richest fight for Floyd. I don't think it will happen in the UK though for the reasons Spud gun mentioned.

In the meantime Khan needs to focus on the task ahead which is Alexander. It's concerning reading the comments by his trainer Hunter.

Khan isn't in the same league as Mayweather that goes without saying but it will be a interesting to see how Mayweather copes with the speed and power of Khan, not many people are able to lay a glove on Mayweather so it will be interesting to see how gets on with a real speed fighter in the 3 rounds before Khan is sparked!

            Obviously the stunning opening post

Froch looking about as disinterested as he could in the presser with Groves today yawning through some parts.

Groves and Booth have parted ways. Didn't see that coming. Think this will hinder Groves chances of beating Froch. I don't think he would've beaten Froch regardless.

Way to prepare for the biggest fight of your life, Groved needs all the tactical nous he can to stand any chance.

Disagreement about fighting style maybe? Groves doesn;t seem the sort to take training lightly
