Butler looked good well. Made up for him, won his first world title in only his 16th fight. Eubank jr was on the undercard. Would like him to be properly tested now because he spends most of the time doing nothing as he knows his opponent cannot hurt him. He only steps up a gear when he can be arsed. The talent is there though. Would like to see him fight Saunders (there rivalry seems genuine) as I feel that would be a good test for both fighters.

What about Andy Lee's crazy KO?

Regarding Chisora and Fury. I used to hate Chisora, but after he got KO'd by Haye he has been slightly different and he's shown he's actually a good fighter underneath all his bull****. It's clear that that Fury is the villain of the piece and I really want Chisora to shut him up and knock him out. I don't particularly rate him, and I'm sure that when as he starts fighting better people (despite there not really being many of them in his weight division) he'll start getting found out. Cunningham who was a very good cruiserweight started showing him up until the knockout where Fury used his weight/size illegally. I'm sure Haye would've sparked him out.

Although he hasn't really been tested, I'd expect Wilder to spark Fury. Anyone with a decent amount of power would trouble him, he's already been downed by a cruiserweight.

Evander Holyfield has announced his retirement.

Absolute warrior of a man who fought in some of the best fights i've seen.

I thought he retired many years ago?!

So... That Burns fight until it went off was was interesting.

                            He was poor imo.

                              Aye, very poor.

He's been on the decline for a couple of years now. Got lucky against Gonzalez and a gift against Beltran. Luck ran out against Crawford.

Tonight showed he's not world or even fridge world level any more.

No doubt a few decent domestic fights can be made but in terms of world titles it's not going to happen again.

Shame as i really enjoyed following him. One of the most successful Scottish fighters of recent times.
