        How come?

Tyson Fury has withdrawn from his heavyweight contest tonight against Alexander Ustinov after his uncle and first trainer, Hughie, has been taken seriously ill into hospital

The multi-title show will still go ahead with Billy Joe Saunders challenging for the Vacant European Middleweight title against Emanuele Blandamura, Liam Smith defends his British Light-Middleweight title against Jason Welborn; Terry Flanagan challenges Martin Gethin for the Vacant British Lightweight Championship, and Jack Catterall face Nathan Brough for the Vacant Central Area Light-Welterweight Championship

Fury had already coped with a last minute change when original opponent Dereck Chisora pulled out with a fractured hand earlier in the week and promoter Frank Warren secured world ranked Belarusian Ustinov to step in.

Tyson's uncle and trainer Peter took the decision to pull him out of the fight rather than risk his health by sending him into the ring with his mind not focused.

Warren said, "I'm very, very, disappointed for the fans. After Dereck Chisora pulled out because of his hand injury, we worked very hard to secure a world ranked opponent in Ustinov. It's sad that his uncle Hughie is in a serious condition and our thoughts are with him. The show will still go ahead and as before it's a great card with Billy Joe Saunders, Liam Smith, Terry Flanagan and Jack Catterall and Nathan Brough all in title action. We will be announcing the rescheduled date for Chisora v Fury next week,"

Not having much luck at the moment is he.

              Nope.

Really got to feel for him. Been dicked about rotten over the last year and a bit.

Ustinov should follow Fury's example and write on twitter that he's a pussyboy and cunt for doing so. Everyone knows he'd do the same if the shoe was on the other foot.

Golovkin in action against Geale tonight. Should be another KO for the highlight reel.

That should be a decent fight.

A step up in class for GGG. Geale arguably the most accomplished fighter he'll have fought.

I'd say that Curtis Stevens is the best he's been up against in terms of punching power and good technique. Particularly defensively. Geale is tough, but overall he's quite average. He also very rarely fights abroad.

Predictable KO. 3rd round stoppage was a good one, particularly as it was a counter punch after Golovkin got hit with a right hand and still managed to get his shot off. What a fighter he is, his style in terms of his stance and jab reminds me a bit of Alexis Aguello.

Geale did better than I thought with good head movement, but he was far out of his depth. He could've carried on, but I think he did the right thing as he prevented himself from getting hurt.

GGG called out Cotto, would be a good fight but I think that Cotto is too small.

I'd be tempted to kick sand in his face......

Just back from the Commonwealth Games boxing at the SECC.

Took in the afternoon session. 17 or so fights. I'll be honest after the 11th or 12th it all became a bit of a blur.

Very impressed by the Welsh kid Joe Cordina. He looked better than just about anyone on this afternoons card. Be interesting to see if he wins a medal.

Briggs is hilarious. He's had like four powder puff fights this year, but he took a ****ing caning off Vitali in his last real fight. He got meloned. Still, he has the heaviest hands. Something like 30 1st round KOs.

That was such a set up.
