Fair ****s to him, that is a ballsy move. Felt he needed to show big and he has really stunned me with this one.
What I've seen said it was at 155 which is super welter in boxing isn't it?
The times they are a changin'.

Fair play to Khan. Massive fight for him but his speed will certainly help. Think Alvarez will win tbh but can't complain with the choice of opponent here, long may it continue

One of those double, triple take moments.

Imagine the fight will be at 155 and not 160.

Fair ****s to Khan for taking it.

Cynical side of me would suggest that he's got his cash out fight....either that or he's got his eyes on GGG after Alvarez

The fight is at 155, same catch Saul took in his last two I believe.

For Khan's safety I hope he never gets in the ring with GGG. No use having millions in the bank if you can't eat your dinner.

Is it a big step up in weight for Khan?

Aye, 8 pounds which is a ****ton at that weight. Half a stone but he's been quiet for ages so it might even be a cit for him. Lack of experience at that level is key though and he's hardly granite.

Alvarez will rightly be seen as the favourite, but he is not a destroyer like GGG. I see it as a very ballsy and very smart move by Khan.

If he loses then it will not be much of a knock against him as he will be expected to lose by most, but a win would be massive.

Regardless he deserves credit for taking the fight because he could have continued to take the easier options, and I am delighted he did not give Brook a big payday.

I'll believe it when I see it but Warren says Rigo is fighting on his Liverpool card in March!
