For the good of women’s boxing Persoon and Taylor just need to keep fighting each other forever.

**** all point Persoon fighting her again as she'll just continue to get robbed.

Yep, but if they were all this good then it wouldn’t be ****. I’ve seen two decent women’s boxing matches ever, and they’ve been these two. Agree Persoon has been robbed twice, even if tonight wasn’t as disgusting as first time round (though the scorecards tonight were a joke).

It's improved a lot, but still not great. Girls like Courtnay talk a good game and try to bring something new to it (which is a good thing) but we still haven't seen it. As unpopular as this sounds and may make me, even though female sport has come on leaps and bounds in the last 5-10 years it's still largely **** and the quality is nowhere near their male counterparts.

First knockdown for Whyte in the 4th. Povetkin is quality, but he may be a bit long in the tooth for this fight.

EDIT: Only tuned in the 3rd, so actually don't know if that was the 1st but assume so haha.

Nah, he looked shot in the third.

                          That uppercut was beautiful

Outstanding. Imagine the noise if that was in the O2. Thought it would have been a tricky fight for Whyte. Great win for Povetkin at 40, would have wanted Whyte to win because I think he'd give Fury a hard night, but you don't argue with that at all. I like Povetkin but always have question marks over him because of the doping. He's only lost to Wlad and Joshua though which proves how good he is and those losses are probably more to him being much smaller than them opposed to inferior.

Not sure where to now for Whyte after this debacle, no title holder would want to get in the ring with him because of his huge punching power, not at all worth the risk. Hardly a huge draw financially either. Back to the drawing board I guess.

Thought it had a bit of the classic Jersey Joe Walcott in it, although JJW walked/slid in smoothly before unleashing that, whilst this was a slip and goodnight.
