He's mentally not at that level yet but it takes a grand slam win to open the floodgates. Not a lot in it.
    Are we winning?

It's a bit rich for you to criticise anyone for their mental inadequacies.
      .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

17 slams and then you have Nadal with 11 and Djok with 5 (4 in 12 months) getting close in this era is ****ing hard work letting alone winning one.

Wasn't sure before today's match but I am now convinced he'll win one he's too good not too

As a fairly mad aside. All through the match I could hear some scraping and scratching behind the fireplace. My hope was mouse, my fear was rat. But I spent the majority of the match trying to ignore it hoping it would go away.

However by the end of the match it was really loud scratching and scraping and we decided to phone the RSPCA. They were ****. They are not insured to move gas fires, the gas co. suggested getting an emergency gas fitter out. Well, I'm not paying - so I decided I could remove the fire myself. Expecting to come face to face with a rat, you can imagine my surprise as a full sized seagull popped out from behind the fire once I had moved it, hopped across the floor and eventually flew out the window.

          Bizarre.

Couldn't agree more Totally fine margins today. I'm convinced Murray would have won the second in a tie break, and he should have already got himself a break ahead.

Could have, Should have etc. But those were the margins he lost by today...

                  Predictably he lost.
He cried and the British public will love him more, an emotional loser

He is a very good player, 3 problems:
                  1) Poor fitness
                  2) Psychological
                  3) He unfortunately is battling 3 absolute legends (Federer, Nadal, Djokovic)

Will he win a grand slam? i doubt it.
                  We come not to play.

I think his fitness is incredibly good. The fake injury stuff is annoying though.

Yeah his fitness is good, he has a good record over 5 sets. Reckon he's one of the fittest blokes on the tour.

He became visibly demoralised towards the end today, I think he can improve there and agree with Chris that he's still prone to playing the odd silly shot. When under the most pressure his first serve wilts too often, dips below 50% too often when it really matters.

Gutted for Murray. Really want him to win a GS. However I don't think it will ever come, will alls be a loser. I love his unique style of Tennis. Totally different to the other Top players. Its a lazy laid back style with brilliant finesse shots when he gets going, rarely see it from others.

He is in no way shape or form a loser.

Except for the fact he lost.

I don't mean he is a 'loser.' I mean a loser in the game of Tennis, I can't see him winning a GS the longer it goes on. I mean Del Potro got Lucky against Fed at US open by the same fine margins Murray has lost out to as Buzzo IIRC pointed out. Fine Margins in 2nd Set and it was Murray's Title.
