I'm in shock here. Can't believe we threw that away.

Hats off Aussies - a superb performance today. Fair play.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

According to the radio commentary the pitch was still fairly flat, so how could England bat so badly in the second innings??

Yes, they cant blame the pitch. They just lost the plot again under pressure from Australia

got a text from an aussie mate at 6.30 this morning saying "get your telly on, it's going down to the wire!". i positively leapt out of bed, but couldn't believe my eyes when I turned the telly on - 129 all out and you boys 52-2.

back to the bad old days of negative, gutless collapses for us. on the flipside a truly outstanding performance from Australia today. i feel like we dominated the first 4 days only to get battered on the last day and lose the game out of nowhere. i'm gutted.

obviously must win for us in perth. IF we win that, and it's a big if with our impotent attack, then it's game on again. obviously a drawn series would be good enough for us, but even that seems a long way off now.

hit the nail on the head.

You have a spinner that changes games

                      We have Giles

At least Panesaar is a lot younger than Warne.

Giles dropping Ponting in the 1st innings looks like a massive clanger now. As does delcaring in the 1st innings! Although to be fair nobody could have seen this result coming back then.

                          Bollocks.

Missed one of the best days of test cricket ever.

Went to bed at 1.30 last night. England were 66-1 and not much was happening.

Got up at 8 this morning and flicked to 342 on BBC1 ceefax. Did one of those double take moments when i saw the Australian bowling figures for the second innings.

                              FLMAO @ England

The total whitewash is still on the cards.
